This is a beautiful darker blue. It's not navy or royal, it's a color all it's own. After drying its a turquoisey color and the with the top coat it goes very dark. But be patient. When the top coat dries the color lightens and it's beautiful! It matched the background of my decoupage paper perfect!

I love this color of red. It is perfect for whimsical or holidays and it blends nicely to make a new color. The pigments stay true when using water and is pretty with one coat or more. It's perfect from the opening of the jar to the scraping of the bottom.
